This website is operated by The Bark Factory, powered under Shopify, Inc., who provide us with an e-commerce platform so we may sell our products to you. The terms "We", "our" and "us" used in this site refers to the Bark Factory. All information and services in this website will be available and offered to you upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions, statements and policies stated on this website.
By browsing or buying through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions that we have stated below. These apply to all users of the website including merchants, customers, vendors and other contributors of the site. Please understand that we have several suppliers and other affiliates to help us run our site and that we will have to share some important information to them to be able to properly carry out our business with you. This includes but is not limited to delivery address and customer name. As our site is linked with our suppliers’ system, we will not be responsible for examining the content and accuracy of these sites and we will not be responsible for liabilities or any services offered by these third-party websites. The Bark Factory will not be held liable for any damages caused in relation to the purchase of goods, services, resources or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. By using any part of our site, you agree to our terms and conditions however, if you do not agree to this, you can choose not to access our website.
By using our site, you present that you are of legal age, take full responsibility of your minor dependents and give us your consent when they use our site. You will not use our site in any acts of fraud or in violation of any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. You must not transmit worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature to our site. We reserve the right to refuse any of our services to you including but not limited to for instance, when a fraudulent action is believed to be in progress. Any breach of this will result in termination of our service and possible legal action taken towards you.
As part of our company policy, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:
- Item arrived Damaged
- Incorrect item received
Should you receive the goods damaged or incorrectly, please provide photographic evidence to email@example.com. For quicker process, please state your Order number and either (Item arrived Damaged / Incorrect item received) on the subject of your email. Please also state whether you wish a refund or replacement on the body of the email.
If you have received the goods in a damaged condition, please send us a picture to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a full investigation will then be taken followed by an appropriate resolution.
Refund will be processed once the product has been received back in our office and normally takes around 3-5 working days to be processed.
A replacement will be processed once the product has been received in our office. Please allow 24-48 hours for re-dispatch.
Regardless how strong the quality of our products are, we recommend that you inspect the goods for any damages regularly. Should the goods show any wear and tear, we suggest you dispose the product immediately for the safety of your pet. The Bark Factory will not hold any liability for any injury caused by our product, if products are still being used even with signs of wear and tear.
Prices and Services
Prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice.
The Bark Factory holds all right to amend prices and discontinue products without any notifications.
Accuracy of billing / delivery information
Once the order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that any changes can still be made i.e delivery addresses. We aim to dispatch our orders as soon as possible therefore, our time frame in making amendments is very limited.
We suggest in cancelling the order and placing it again with the correct information. As a polite notice, depending on what stage the order is, cancellation is also not guaranteed.
The Bark Factory will not take liability if the goods have been delivered to the incorrect address and return postage will be payable by the consumer should the goods be returned back to us.
Cancelling my order
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing this. Depending on the stage of the order, we cannot guarantee that this will be cancelled. Our system is linked to the warehouse system and will automatically aim to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
Should you wish to return the goods, the return postage is then covered by the consumer.
Different type of products have different type of sizes therefore, sizes shown on the website is for general use only. For accurate sizing, please get in touch at Thebarkfactory@hotmail.com
Lost in post
The average delivery time is between 15 – 30 days. If you do not receive your goods after 30 days, please send us a message to email@example.com and appropriate action will be taken to resolve the query.
Depending on the value of the order, we may ask for a disclaimer form to be completed as part of consumer/seller protection for any fraudulent act.
We aim to respond to your queries within 24 hours but The Bark Factory operates with a 48 hours SLA.
The Bark Factory do not take any responsibility for any custom fees that maybe charged to our customers.
Unfortunately, The Bark Factory is unable to deliver to certain countries due to custom and trading regulation which may lead to the order being cancelled.
On this rare occasion, The Bark Factory holds all right to cancel orders which we are unable to dispatch to.
However, we are working very hard to make sure to find ways of being able to deliver to every country.
Discount codes can only be used once per transaction.
Cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount codes or offer.
