Q. Where is my order?

A. Depending on your location, the average delivery time can be between 15-30 days although, this is just an estimation and can goods can arrive quicker than this.

Q. Why did some of my products arrive separately?

A. Do not worry. This is not unusual. We work with multiple suppliers based around the world to ensure that our products are always available and affordable for our customers. We source with our next nearest supplier should a product become unavailable from one of our suppliers hence, the separate parcels. 

Q. I think my parcel is missing.

A. Even though this doesn't happen a lot, we must allow our third party delivery service to complete the 30 days delivery before classing the parcel as missing. If you do not receive your parcel after 30 days, please get in touch with us at thebarkfactory@hotmail.com and appropriate solution will be provided.

Q. Do you accept PayPal as your payment?

A. Of course, as part of our service we offer PayPal as a payment method.

 

Q. When do you ship internationally?

A. Very soon! We are currently working closely with our suppliers to add this service whilst ensuring that prices are kept low to all of our customers.

 

Q. Does your prices change frequently?

A. Our prices are subject to change without notice due to being linked to our supplier's pricing system. Once our supplier's prices change, our prices will automatically update in our website too. However, once the order has been placed, the price in which the item/s were bought will stay the same price.
